Do not trust this seller, he is not reliable. He/She could have at least responded to mails, NOTHING. And never got the Birdhouse, as Amazon is aware of this also. My worst transaction to date. I would not endourse this seller for Amazon.

Toysmith Paint-a-Birdhouse Kit Review

(More customer reviews)The birdhouse is sturdy and well-built, but there is NO information about the paints included. The (cheap) brush cleaned with water, but this smells like latex paint, so once dry, it will be permanent on clothes or other surfaces. There is also no information on whether to seal the birdhouse after it is painted. In fact, there are no directions and no warnings at all except that this is not for children under 5.

Perky-Pet 50301 Wren Home Cedar Birdhouse Review

The good news: Yes, It is aromatic cedar wood.
The bad news: It's assembled in China with staples which tend to split the wood. The floor is of 1/8" lauan plywood material (a little stronger than paste board). The dimensions are totally wrong and misleading. The actual size of the bird house is 6.5" tall x 6.75" wide x 7.5" deep (that's measuring the roof, the actual house is 4.75" x 5.75")
Shipping: It is shipped with very little packing. Mine arrived with the top cracked down the middle from being crushed.

Nest View Bird House Review

(More customer reviews)We loved this product. No luck the first year because we had the house in the wrong location (sunny and too much people traffic). Finally we found a spot on the north side of the house on a second floor bedroom window that worked the second year. The bird family set up home, preparing the house with sticks. Soon we had 5-6 eggs. We were able to watch the baby birds get feed, etc. We needed to stand very still to watch. Sometimes as we approached the window the parent bird would fly off but would soon come back if we stood like statues and didn't move. Amazing experience! We just purchased our second house and it seems a bit better quality than our last. To clean, simply unscrew back panel, empty and re-screw on panel. The birds all leave the house by middle summer. Highly recommend!

Perky Pet 50153 The Lodge Cedar Feeder, 8 lb capacity Review

(More customer reviews)Simple design but has a flaw that you may not notice unless pointed out. If you don't mind excessive amounts of uneaten seed all around your feeder this isn't even a flaw. If you look at the picture where the chickadee's are you may notice that where the seed falls out is a trough of sorts. The trough is basically the outer edge of the bottom board of the feeder. The board has "trim" that makes a lip so the seed doesn't spill out immediately. What they forgot was a lip on either end by the suet feeder. I simply cut a 2"x2" pressure treated board I had laying around and made two end pieces to finish the lip all the way around the feeder. Just that 1/2 lip on each end keep 80% off the feed in the feeder which is where I prefer to view my birds.
Otherwise good product and great shipping.

This is an OK bird feeder, but the squirrels have easy access to it, nothing prevents them from jumping on the ledge and gobbling up all the seed before the birds can get it. The suet feeders at the side went quickly, and I don't fill them anymore. The top slides off to the side sometimes, as it is not anchored. The rope to hang the feeder isn't real handy either. It's not my favorite design, but it works OK.
