(More customer reviews)I selected this brand of feeder because I had been so impressed with another model manufactured by Heritage Farms (the 2 sided squirrel proof feeder). But this one seems poorly designed and we were never able to figure out how to get it to operate correctly. I donated it to a charitable organization hoping someone there could figure it out. BUT I still love my original model!
