(More customer reviews)This is essentially a good system -- assembles easily, fits securely on any width deck rail and looks good. My only complaint is that the three lower hangers don't seem designed for this product -- the bases have screw holes in them (irrelevant to this product) and are too long, extending beyond the base of the fastener that holds them on the pole. They function, but the design is shoddy and not what I would expect from Droll Yankee. We actually left them off. If I were starting over, I'd purchase a couple of pole sections, the clamp, and the double arm system separately.
