(More customer reviews)This hummingbird feeder is really stunning in person. High quality materials, and very nicely made -- absolutely worth the price. It's the perfect size ... not too big, not too small. While it looks delicate, it feels solid enough to withstand wind and rain (though I love it too much, so would likely take it inside in a storm). We hung it in the corner of our arbor and it dangles like a unique work of art. The hummingbirds seem to like it too. ;)
What's more important to note here is the service I received from the seller. I originally ordered this item with clear glass ... within hours of placing the order, they emailed me to let me know that they were just out of stock on the feeder with clear glass and offered me options: 1) the same feeder with another color glass, 2) full refund, or 3) wait a few weeks for stock to replenish. Since I didn't want to wait, and I originally had trouble choosing which glass I liked best, I just asked that they substitute it with my second choice. The next afternoon I received a box with a perfectly packaged hummingbird feeder. I didn't pay for expedited shipping, I never asked for it ... I assume they did that because they were trying to make up for not having stock on the original item I ordered. Customer service like that is commendable. It made an impression on me that I won't soon forget.
