(More customer reviews)I was very disappointed in the feeder when it arrived. The box was torn and taped in several places also the feeder itself had several parts broken off. I notified the company and they asked me to return it with a comment as to why. I did so and requested a refund. In approximately 1-1/2 weeks I received an email my account was to be credited for the full amount. Very soon after the email I was able to confirm that the funds had been credited to my account.
