(More customer reviews)I like the bird feeder, however, it is much shorter that advertised. The description says the bird feeder is 28" tall. This number is misleading because they have added the chain length to the feed length to get 28". The box it came in states that the feeder is 14-1/2" and the chain is 13-1/2". I emailed the seller but have not heard back and there has been no change in their description.
