(More customer reviews)For years I've been trying to find a raccoon-proof high capacity bird feeder. There are many squirrel-proof ones, but this is the *only* raccoon proof one in existence as far as I can tell. Raccoons have destroyed many plastic ones that I've tried, so I learned that any feeder must be all metal. Second, no matter how big of a baffle I put on my wire a raccoon will still get past it, so the metal feeder must also have a metal cage. This feeder is indestructable and raccoons can't get into it, plus, it holds several weeks worth of seed, so it's great!
