(More customer reviews)This is the perfect bat house. Exactly as described and very simple to install on a tree or a barn side. The problem is trying to get bats to find the house to roost. It would great if the instructions provided a method to "bait" the house, although I understand this is not how bat houses work; so perhaps that is a moot point. I have only had the house up for about a month with no bats yet; but I have seen bats nearby so perhaps more time is needed. The instructions suggest waiting up to a year.
