(More customer reviews)We bought 2 feeders, one for each side of the house. We hung them from a chain so they are 5' above the ground. The birds swarm to them 3 or 4 at at time at different times of the day. We have tried other feeders and the H828 and prefer this model because it is easy to assemble and reload with nectar and,of course, the birds seem to like them too. They will tilt slightly to one side if the nectar level gets low but this is a good indicator that it is time to refill. This feeder is worth the few extra dollars it might cost over cheaper models.
