(More customer reviews)Bluebird nuggets are a great buy for the money. One bag contains quite a few nuggets, and if used only for bluebirds would last us quite a few months. Our buebirds readily eat live mealworms offered to them, but haven't been so enthusiastic with these bluebird nuggets. I was hoping they'd take to the nuggets so I could cut back on the live mealworms.
Other birds seem to like these nuggets, however. We have an open tray feeder visited by a large assortment of birds, large and small. The bluebird nuggets placed in the tray feeder disappear quickly.
In summary, if you buy these, they won't got to waste because what the bluebirds don't eat, plenty of other birds will.
